This dock is too big and bulky, the USB cord is not detachable so even if you don't plan on attaching it to your computer, your stuck with it hanging out of the back of the dock. The wall charger cord that comes with it is way too short, and your HTC Incredible will not fit in the dock if it has any type of case of skin covering it. Worthless, sending it back for refund.

The cradle works, but holds the phone at an angle impossible to properly see the screen. It holds the phone at a 90 degree angle (straight up), so you can't see the screen for reading, or checking mp3 playlists, etc. Not a good design at all. Also, the cradle needs a Mini-USB plug for power, not the Micro-USB that the phone uses. At least the cradle comes with a cable (which is far too short). All in all, I'm not satisfied. I wouldn't buy this again or recommend it to anyone.

I had it for all of 1 minute and decided I am sending it back. First of all the cord was not staying in the phone. Second, when you put it in the cradle it is standing straight up so you cant see the screen at your desk. I left the phone in even though I already knew it was returning it. I had a call and the cradle made the phone vibrate uncontrollably. I am sure I could have found more flaws in the design, but i knew this thing was a POS and sent it back

I actually didnt mean to purchase this item because of the reviews I read but from looking at the different chargers, I purchased the wrong one. Everything previously stated was absolutely true including the wrong picture. In addition, I found it hard to connect and disconnect my phone from the charger.

I do not recommend this product.

How cool it would be to have a cradle to charge your Droid incredible??!!

Besides the fact that in order to use this, any type of cover/case has to be removed, the chance of getting a good connection is another challenging feat!

The dock worked for the first evening, the second morning I aS awakened by the beep, beep of a dead battery while in this charger.

I soon returned it, and got a refund.
