First, the good:

The unit was shipped fast.

Now the rest:

The unit appeared as though it charged in the same manner as the OEM cradle (charging pod). This is NOT the case. This dock STILL requires a cable to plug into the USB port of the Blackberry. Since you still have to use the USB port to charge (unlike the OEM charging dock) this basically turns this cradle into a blackberry stand.

The dock is underpowered (0.2 amps) and will not charge a Blackberry 9900. When plugged in, the Blackberry 9900 displays a message that the attached charger cannot charge the blackberry device.

This unit simply does not do what it claims. It will not charge a Blackberry 9900.

this is a bad product i bought it and ono week after doesn't work again the quality is very badly.

I got this for my mother-in law to leave on her des at work. She wanted a durable charger for her blackberry. So I helped her pick out this one. It was inexpensive and she liked the way it looked. Since her computer is left on all the time it is an easy way to dock and charge her phone. She hasn't used the extra slot to charge another battery yet but plans to.

i bought two of these and they both stopped working after a few weeks....I left one on the nite table plugged in and connected to my pc, the other one i had on a valet...had to tape over the led lite because it was too bright...but the power cord cracked, and the usb port would only work if I jiggled the power cord....
