If you use your phone as a GPS Navigator (i.e. let Google Maps constantly download new imagery as you drive, using up your data, keeping the screen on, etc.) your phone will use up more power than what this charger is giving. Be advised.Of course I didn't want to spend the $20+ for the car charger at the Verizon Store or Best Buy, so I took a chance on this charger, and I haven't been disappointed. The quality of the product seems to be pretty good. The retractable feature is very nice and the cord is plenty long. For the price you cant beat this charger. The cord only goes 3/4 the way back in after the first time use. It doesnt affect how it works, still charges the phone just fine. Its nice and light weight. It was super cheap so I am not complaining...you do get what you pay for. So far so good though.first off the seller did a great job in shipping this item to me.
Unfortunately it is junk. You basically get what you pay for. I waited two weeks to write this review. After a week the connection to my phone became intermittent.
I am not going to bother trying to do a warranty exchange as it is not worth the effort for the $$ involved.
I threw it away.At first this worked great, including charging the phone and retracting completely. Unfortunately it lasted just a month. Reseller credited purchase. I would have preferred a replacement, but they are out of stock with no more expected.....?
