When I received my Gsm/gprs/gps Tracker for Personal Remote Postioning I was under the impression all necessary parts would have shipped with the unit. I now find through reading of the initialization/setup there is a SIM card needed for the unit to work properly. The card is not included so the unit is not functional to the level I require and thought it would be. I will attempt to have the company rectify this situation and leave another response. I have to rate it at less than good for this reason.
