I recieved the item finally after about 3 weeks. It came shipped from Hong Kong. when I plugged it into my iPod Touch it didn't seem to fit right. Then I plugged it into the wall outlet. It seemed to start charging. But, my touchscreen wouldn't work and then I heard a popping sound coming from the wall outlet!! I unplugged it right away! When I touched the plug of the charger it was so hot it could have burnt your skin! Then when I pulled the other end out of my iPod it got stuck and broke off inside my iPod. Luckily i was able to get the broken piece out. This seller is a hoax and their product are FAKE as FAKE can be. I'm lucky I didn't just plug it in and leave...my house probably would have burned down!!

I took a chance on ordering this because the Amazon description said it was by "Apple" for the price I should have known better.It arrived in a envelope direct shipped from Hong Kong with a customs declaration label claiming it as a gift. Inside the envelope the product was in plastic baggies and very poorly assembled.
