I have a Samsung Epic 4G phone which charges over Micro USB. It has never had any problem with any USB power source, whether that be a computer, a hub, a Playstation 3 or several other wall adapters. For some reason when I plug it into this charger, it confuses the phone in such a way that the touchscreen doesn't work. Immediately after unplugging the phone it works again. I have no idea what this charger could be doing that it would cause it to do this.

It is not the fault of the phone, as every other charger works. I also tried another phone of the same model and got the exact same results.

Don't get this charger if you have a Samsung Epic, and be careful if you have any other smartphone.

Nice concept. But after a few months of using the device, the AC plug simply came off with the plug still in teh electrical outlet. With metal showing, I had to kill circuit breaker to take the broken plug off. Great idea, but poorly built and a safety hazard. I wouldn't recommend this.

I have bought a couple other products from this manufacturer and like the others, this thing is really useful and works great! I usually keep this in my car but will bring it into work if my phone is dying. I love how it works for car and home and even though I haven't used them both, the 2 USB ports seems like a great add-on.

When I use the wall plug feature it causes my iPhone 4 to become inoperable, the touch screen enlarges, bounces, then freezes up, once I unplug the phone the phone works fine....but the car plug feature seems to work without any problems, it would be cheaper to just buy a car plug

Title says it all. I can charge my iPhone and iPod, or iPhone and Kindle, or iPhone and Bluetooth headset at the same time. Both the wall plug and car carger works. I've gotten weird looks though because with the car charger cover on, this thing looks like one of those naughty vibrating toys... :)
