I ordered this item as a back up to take to work. The first one was shipped and received in a timely manner, but alas my phone went beserk when I plugged it in. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a replacement free of charge. No questions or returns asked. The second unit arrived and I had the same issues, again I contacted the seller about returning the items to them for a refund as I assumed it was my phone causing the issues. They issued a refund without needing the products back, no qualms about it!! Great company!!
These cables do the job!
Note 12/FEB/2013: after 30 days using the cables, I did use the car charger less than 10 times, it is getting too hot too quick, when it keeps in the car charger socket, most of the time any road bumps or even if the cell phone moves on the console it would disconnect from the socket and you would have to press it back in, it does not seem to fit well on the car charger socket.
