I have multiple batteries and use this wall charger to always have fresh batteries without taking the phone out of service. I haven't used the cable that came with the phone to charge the battery in the phone since purchasing the wall charger. We bought one for my wife as well.

I used the charger only twice and the battery contact broke. It happened just after the 30 day warranty period.
