The charger did not have the attached cord. It is basically an AC usb plug

I lost the charger that came with my IPod, so figured I didn't have much to lose by trying this one. This product works as expected. No problems, no issues, no complaints...and it plugs into a wall socket instead of my computer! What more could I want?
