This only sort of works. I have the Iphone 5 and there are a few issues.1) The plug gets pretty toasty while running.
2) It only work if you plug it in one way. Flip it over and you get the following error "Charging not supported with this accessory"
3) This may be just me but I get nasty feedback issue that builds when I have this and the audio. I didn't used to get this with an Apple Lighting Cable and a different brand generic charge.
So if you don't play audio through you phone and don't mind flipping the cord half the time, its a great deal.
