The first time I tried to use this charger, it killed my phone. Thankfully, it was still under warranty with Verizon, and they replaced it. As far as I'm concerned, this charger is not compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Stellar. I will say, CableForge did refund my money promptly, but if my original phone hadn't been under warranty, I would have been screwed. At least for this phone, stick with the car charger that Verizon sells.
This is an after market product, product is as advertised glows blue when plugged in. No problems with charger.THANK YOU

What can I say? It's a car charger, it charges my phone, in my car. I have only used it a few times so far.
