The little light goes on but it doesn't actually charge the phone. The mechanical cord coiling device also doesn't work. Total junk, buy something different.

I absolutely LOVED this product until it stopped working a month after I bought it. The charging light would be on but it wouldnt charge my phone. I thought it was my cigarette lighter that might be the problem so I tried it in a friends car and had the same issue. I'd advise to spend a little bit more money and get a better quality one.

I like the long extension on the charger. Only problem I have found is sometimes it doesn't want to stay in phone.

Ordered 3 charges, 2 were bad. But company quickly replaced with a different non-retractable charger. Those were perfect.
