although this item was cheaper at alldaymall (not by much) I trusted amazon. The item came quicker than expected. easy to figure it out as the manual is a little confusing but only took me 10 min. to set it up without the manual. Video is clear I really like the mirror, The internal battery does not seem to charge but for me i keep it plugged in all the time. looks great in the car and if you didn't look for it you wouldn't know you have a dash cam. I would recommend this to my friends

This product sounded like exactly what I was looking for but when it arrived the user's manual was impossible to understand and it instructs you to press buttons that are not even on the unit. At all. Also, once the memory card is full, that's it; the screen flashes "memory card full" and it will not "loop" and continuously overwrite. I have no idea how this could be. It also did not fit over my existing rear view mirror.

It was very expensive to ship back to China and a huge hassle. I wish I never would have bought it. This thing is junk. It will not work for you. BEWARE.
