This device does exactly what it's supposed to do. It can charge my phone even when it's mounted to the left of the steering wheel. The cord is quite long, but it's very thin and easy to route. When your done, just hit a button and the cord retracts for easy storage. No jumbled cords to have to store with a plug. Worth every penny.

I forgot that I had purchased this separately from my phone which I got at RadioShack or I would have sent it back. Great idea but didn't last a month.
