Wow, this charger is heavy. Hope that means it's got a good transformer from 110v. to 12v. Tried it out right away as the two batteries in my F350 Ford diesel were dead. Hadn't driven it for a few weeks as it's a farm truck. Brought them back up fast. Left one on the 2 amp charger over night just to be sure they were fully charged. Really like the capability to manually charge, let the computer do the charging, or do a trickle charge. Not sure about the trickle charge voltage however. Somehow I thought that 1 1/2amps was the max. for trickle charge. Could be wrong, been there before. Seems well made, good battery clips, cords are long enough. Meter seems to work OK.Save 25% Off
