EMPIRE Retractable Car Charger (CLA) for T-Mobile Sidekick 4G T839

When I first received the car charger it didn't work :(. I emailed their customer service center and got a quick response and was helped right away. They mailed me a new one at no cost to me the next day, needless to say this one works. I was very pleased at the fast response and how nice they were and eger to help me. The only problem I have now with it is the cord connecting to the actual part you plug into the car is loose, so hopefully it wont break anytime soon on me. But overall I would order from them again. :) Thank you!

I don't charge my phone in my car very often, so it took me a while to realize that this charger...doesn't really work. If I wiggle each part and retract and unretract the cable a few times, I can get it to charge my phone, but mostly it doesn't work. When it is charging it might stop charging at any time, for no apparent reason. It's been like this since I got it. So, I would say spend a little more to get a car charger so that you can get something a bit better quality that works. I mean, mine is only about 2 months old, has been used 3 times, and it can't do it's one job. So, stay away!!!
