The IQ4 was a cheap method and solution to help prolong the life of the battery in my RV as well as increase charging time. I live in a remote location about 2 hours from a big city, so ordering online is what I do mostly. I have no complaints with the product or service other than the IQ charger didn't come with instructions or manual. I went online to the manufacturers website and downloaded a user manual, so it wasn't a big deal.
