Fast delivery, but product was of low quality. Car charger does seem to charge the phone, but not fully. Phone charge from this car charger seems to last only a short time. I tested it by hooking my phone up with it until it indicated the phone was full. The phone's battery was not fully charged, though. Immediately after it indicated it was fully charged in my car, I hooked it up to my regular phone charger in my house and it charged for several hours longer before the charger indicated it was full. But, it does work well enough to be worth the one cent that I paid for it.
