part that plugs into cig lighter is too bulky and has to be turned just right to fit in some vehicles

This item was not a perfect fit for my car lighter! It didn't want to stay in and then it had a hard time going to the phone. Lastly it wouldn't charge hardly now it has completely died!

This doesn't charge ur phone if its dead..n if its not on..it doesn't charge either. The phone has to be on for it to charge.

I didn't figure out that it didn't work until way down the road from purchase. I don't know why I didn't test it right away...I just stuck it in my vehicle for the rainy day I may want to charge my cell.
