I received it today and the charger had no output but all lights worked. I was a technician for 35 years so I took a look. The charger circuit board inside had a large heat fin on the board about 5 inches x 3 inches. There were two rectifiers attached to the heat fin and the heat fin was loose where on one rectifier 2 of the 3 contact arms were broken and not making contact with the circuit board and on the other the same. The meter display was hanging inside the charger having dropped out of the display window. Design flaws seem to be the problem here. "Made n China" noted.
I am using it for a deep cycle battery at a sump pump. seems to work fine. the price was right
