Just to warn people, I ordered this and it doesn't fit with a BlackJack 2

The OEM equipment pretty much works as expected. As mentioned elsewhere, the button on the headphones allows you to hangup, which isn't as useful as having it function as a mute or volume adjustment. I had no problems with the fit of the earbuds.
