The price for this car charger was very reasonable, I didn't see much risk if it turned out to be a dud. I've been very happy with... so much so, that I've ordered another, to have one in each car. I always seem to forget to take it with me when I shift between cars. Now my faulty memory won't result in a discharged phone battery.
had another car charger that quickly had trouble.Had to wiggle it to get it to charge, This one plugs in firmly{has indentations to lock into socket}.Also has light to show its connected.Cord extends well but also doesn't stay stretched out.

I would have thought that all car chargers for a lighter plug would have a standard size I was wrong. This charger while cheap, has a slightly larger head that doesnt fit into my 2005 Chevy Silverado's power supply. After researching this some I found that many of the Chinese made adapters have this issue. I ended up using a small grinder to shave the plug down and then pinch the metal prongs into a W shape to allow it to fit my vehicle. In all, it does work, but it took some effort for something that should have worked out of the package.
