Powersonic PS-12180NB 12v 18Ah Lead Acid Battery

I used two of these to replace the battery of my 10+ year-old Ryobi cordless self-propelled lawnmower. They have worked great all season and have provided run time about 20% greater than the original batteries did new.

I order two Powersonic PS-12180NB batteries sold by eComElectronics on Amazon. What they sent me were two ub12180 from another manufacturer (which can be bought cheaper on eBay). The batteries charged and seemed to be working fine but after the first charge neither battery would charge in the device I bought it for nor would they charge out of the device on a battery charger. I notified eComElectronics and they did not respond. Complete waste of money and not even the product advertised.

havent had to jumpstart anything yet; but since installing this battery in my universal power ,jumpstarter and compressor box; everthing works better than when it was new . this battery is much heavier than the old one which means there is more plates than the original battery which means more and better power

This is a battery. A very generic battery. There are better types of batteries: lighter ones, more power-dense ones, longer-lived ones, ones that lose less power each day uncharged. But usually these batteries are on a constant trickle charge anyway. Then, that trickle charge causes corrosion at the terminals, which you should try to do something about. This battery doesn't try to do anything about it it doesn't come with terminal grease or pads. But hardly any batteries do; its a $2 add-on.
