I got these a few days ago, and my main complaint is that the cord is extremely thin. I've used them a couple of times, and in the short term, they are ok. However, I'm worried about the long term issues that the thinness will have on the connection between the USB part of the tip and the cable. Only time will tell.
It is a DC charger. It charges my phone. It is inexpensive. What more could you ask for? It shipped quickly. It retracts nicely. This is what you want. I bought 7 of them for all my cars and boats. They all work perfectly. I have only had them for a month, so I can not speak for the longevity of this product. I can't think of anything negative to say about this.

While this charger fits your phone properly, it does not fit the car charger port properly. It appears to be too small for the socket and therefore does not stay engaged. After second, the charger pops our of the socket and no longer charges the phone.

This car charger is very poor quality. After waiting what seemed forever for it to arrive, I was very disappointed. It feels like cheap brittle plastic and, it turns out, it IS cheap brittle plastic. After using it about 5 or 6 times in the mont I've had it the casing on the mini-usb plug broke making the unit unusable.

Space saving, and nice for whenever you leave the house, then find out you have only 1 bar left on the indicator. Handy to have...I get a charge out of it. :)
