I rated this produce five stars because since I purchased it I have not had one problem with it. it works every time I plug it into the auto outlet and it's simple to read at a glance even at night. My purpose for purchasing this item was to have another gauge to make sure my battery was being charged at the correct level and to verify the vehicle gauge was operating correctly. Since my vehicle came without a USB charger, this extra feature is a plus. During several extreme temperature drop here in the northern plains, I accidentally left the Stinger inside the vehicle. Expecting the item to failed under such extreme condition, I was surprised to see that it passed the 20-30 below zero (F) test. I may purchase another one and give it as a gift this next Christmas.
