It is nice, but a bit bulkier than I imagined. It also has no mini USB tips included, a major flaw since many new phones now come with that type of connector, therefore if you plan to use this to charge an iphone for instance, you need to buy another power tip and it costs at least 1/3 of what you paid for this device.Updated from 5 to 3 stars.Good:
The flashlight is small enough to fit in your pocket.
The flashlight charges very quickly and is able to maintain light as long as you keep turning the handle. Even if you don't keep turning the crank, it still shines for a long time.
The flashlight is surprisingly bright given its size and the fact that it doesn't run on normal batteries.
Turning a crank is more pleasant way to recharge a flashlight compared to shaking it like other flashlight models.
It's pretty inexpensive.
Bad:
The crank: While the crank makes recharging the flashlight nice, it's also more prone to breaking compared to similar flashlights without a crank (the ones you have to shake to recharge), so far my flashlight still feels durable though I keep this in mind whenever I use it to keep from breaking it.
(Update) Durability: It is not very durable. I dropped it on tile and it shattered into a million pieces. I was able to piece it together again with duct tape and it kind of works again, but this was a little ridiculous.
Summary:
You get what you pay for.
