Product charges phone very well, BUT...cord is too short so that I cannot put the phone to my ear while charging, and it it can be difficult to get it to keep a connection in the auxillary power source...once you get it in there, you can't bump it or its a process to get it back in so that it makes a connection enough so that it works.

This seemed like a great idea for charging while traveling and the retractable cord seemed like a great idea. It was except that it does NOT charge at all!!! :(
