could not get photos off my camera with this cable. That is the only reason I purchased it. The software was useless for the purpose I bought it, to get the pictures off my camera

I received this set for my son's tracphone. The car charger works GREAT and is very helpful to charge his phone while traveling. HOWEVER the cord to move photos from his phone onto the computer doesn't work and neither did the software disc. My son was very disappointed!

I'm sure the product works but its completely useless with a tracfone.....oh the car charger works..so at least I got something out of it.
