works like it is supposed to. No problems in installing it and has already been put to use during a power outage.

Typically I don't consider generic replacement batteries for APC units. To keep costs down while replacing a large number of batteries at once, I gave these a try. I have been impressed. They were built as solid as the original batteries and after a number of 2-5 minute power outages they have not degraded in performance (when testing with a voltmeter for expected output levels).

I bought this to replace by APC dead battery. Its identical in size to the oem battery. I did notice that the battery terminals are a little narrower than the oem ones, but the cables seem to gripped them fine. So far its been working fine.

I hope it continues to work fine for at least 3 years, thats how long the oem lasted...
