Beware of this seller !!!! I received the radio and it looks like it has been used due to the radio being programmed with multiple frequencies. Do not buy from this seller.
A previous user was freaked out as his/her radio appeared to be used as there were frequencies already in memory. This is completely standard and represents the company technicians testing the unit before shipping. A very good thing! Great little radio for anyone willing to deal with its peculiarities and program from a PC. My ARES/Red Cross Support group has five and no problems at all.
