I got this product and it was packaged poorly. Also, it worked about once or twice, but after a few days use, it started smoking. LITERALLY. It shorted out and didn't work since. I would not recommend getting this item. I certainly paid more than what the thing was worth. I will have to pay more from my pocket if I want something like this that is actually good quality.

It worked great for about 4 months, then suddenly stopped working. While it worked, it would power my Garmin GPS unit and kept both of our iPhones charged at the same time.

Pros low price point; added functionality of USB ports; working well so far. ALso, I like the rubbery protector on the socket.

Cons seems to be fairly low quality. (it just seems a bit cheaply made not sure how else to describe it. I'll be happy as long as it keeps working, though)

Bottom line about what I expected; working well so far.
