It does exactly what it says very well.
The car charger so far is working properly, it has saved my life a couple of times; on the other hand, the wall charger was malfunctioning from the very beginning; it would continuously try to charge the cell phone even while the cell phone was fully charged, making and annoying noise early in the morning.
Today, the charger stopped working---less than two months after I bought them. I contact the supplier, he only manages a 30 day return policy. Definitely this product came defective.
For the price, it still can be a good deal, and you have two chargers in case one fails; still, I would consider other chargers available in the market.

I'm so happy I found a car charger that didn't cost an arm and a leg for my old phone! It works great. The travel charger is the wrong size for the VX8300, e.g. it's the wrong plug.The car charger fits correctly and works.
When informed, the seller promptly issued a refund for the entire amount and said they would look into the issue.
