Received the product and it didn't work. Tried everything to get this product to work... I thought maybe the outlet was broken in my car. Instead, went to the store and purchased one. More expensive, but at least it works!The service for the item was very good; it arrived quickly and as promised. It doesn't seem to charge very quickly or powerfully. I can have my phone charging the entire time its in the car and it will still not be fully charged when I take it off the charger after charging for an hour. I usually just keep the phone plugged in while driving so it won't go totally dead and it works for that.
