Elite LCD Car Charger For HTC EVO 4G

This charger is of good quality. It charges the phone well as long as GPS is not in use. I just used it on a 3 hour trip. I started with only 5% battery life. During the trip the phone with navigation was on the whole time. I didn't have any problem. However, when I arrived at my destination the battery level was still at 5%. Basically the charger will provide the power needed for the phone to operate if GPS is on. Once you turn off GPS the phone battery will start charging.

I read several review about other chargers and they all have the same situation, so to be honest I was expecting that.
