If you call customer service at Xantrex be prepared to be put on hold for what seems like forever. I purchased one of these new and it quit after one month. I took it to the authorized representative for Xantrex in Orlando. I was just notified today that Xantrex will not honor the warranty. They claim it was caused by water damage, but this is impossible. Then Xantrex will do anything they can to get out of honoring their warranty. UPDATE: We finally worked out a compromise on repair whereby they will provide the part and I will pay for the installation. This seems like a fair agreement and I credit them with the idea.Save 19% Off
