The actual locks (I ordered 2) worked very well and are currently in use on the gas cover doors on my two older cars. Only problem was one lock was previously opened and stapled shut with keys did not match the lock but did match the other one. In other words two 2 sets of matching keys and two different locks. BUT having worked on lock/tumblers before, I reset the tumblers on one lock to match the 2 sets of matching keys. So as my grand-daughter says... "It's all good"

Works on small width doors but not on the wider doors. So, you really need to know the length of the lock shaft.

I was looking for a waterproof handlebar-mounted case for my iPhone 3GS. I use a GPS app and listen to music while riding, streaming bluetooth to my helmet. The case mounts firmly and stays put. I haven't ridden in a pouring rain with it yet, so I can't vouch for its waterproofing, but I have ridden through a light sprinkle and it sealed the water out just fine. The cutout on the side of the case is sized for the standard Apple charging cable, so if you use an aftermarket charging cable that has a larger connection base like I do, then you might have to take a razor knife and whittle down the plastic port and trim some of the excess rubber seal to get it to fit and seal.

My only complaint is how easily the screen scratches. The clear screen is a very thin plastic material and just one swipe of your finger will leave a scratch. If you happen to have motorcycle gloves with conductive fingertips then you will likely cause real damage to the screen. If I need to touch the iPhone screen for any reason, I now just pull over and pop open the case to touch the iPhone directly. Which is not that big a deal, since I don't have conductive gloves and had to stop to pull off a glove to use it anyway the only added step is popping open the case.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They are advertising an Apple USB Power Adapter. What they are shipping is a knock-off. I have the real 'Apple' version purchased from the Apple store so I know what it looks like. The model shipped from Tony Store has different style prongs (squared at the ends rather than tapered), the gray plastic and green dot are a much darker color than the real thing, the words 'designed' and 'equipment' are misspelled. They are spelled correctly on my genuine Apple charger. You can also look inside the end where the USB cable plugs in and see the actual internal parts are different as well.

In my opinion Amazon is aware this is going on and is just as guilty as the crooks selling it. It will most certainly affect what I buy from here going forward. One reason that I have shopped with Amazon in the past was the credibility that I believed they had earned. That is gone.

For those (and I am sure they are out there) that will argue 'for that price you should have known', I don't believe that is valid. There are always overstock deals, and inventory purchased at deep discounts from companies going out of business that you can find available by shopping around. What is going on here is just false advertising by Amazon and the vendors they are aligning themselves with.

I found this extremely useful because before, when I went on vacation my ipod would run out of batteries and I wouldn't have any music for a few days because I couldn't get to a computer. I have one from Harbor Freight that only indicates if it is either plugged in or connected to the battery. If the battery leads come off it still shows that it's on just because it's still plugged in. The only improvement I would make is that the battery leads could stand to be longer.

Kawasaki 840110 Black 19.2-Volt Drill Kit

Price is attractive but you will remember the poor quality long after the low price is forgotten. Drill is made by AllTrade. Drill head on the drill I received for Christmas was not properly aligned, so the bit wobbles with every turn of the drill head. I sent it back to AllTrade for correction while under warranty with a thorough description of the problem but the drill came back in the same condition in which I sent it. Wish I had simply returned it.

If your buying this to be a work horse I probably wouldn't bother, but if your a home handy man who needs a nice cheaply priced drill this is it. I've been in the construction business for over 30 yrs and have always bought heavy duty drills. My drills still work good but having to spend big dollars on a battery just dosn't make sense to me any more. I bought this drill at Christmas and have used it on and off for the last three months. So far it has plenty of power and is a buy for the money. The bits that came with are also pretty good in quality. So for a forty dollar drill I say go for it.

I picked one of these up in a local warehouse club last year, around $40, and used it fairly extensively for a couple of months to install wood floors. It was a compact and well balanced unit, and I liked the way it felt in the hand. Plenty of power for a basic drill/driver, and good battery life.

But after about three months, the switch burned out, and it would no longer work. I dissected it to see if I could fix it, but the switch was shot. I have been unable to find a parts supplier online or otherwise. Kawasaki's sites do not even acknowledge that they make such a product, so I suspect it is manufactured in China and imported under the K label. The reviewer below indicates it is made by AllTrade, but their website says send it back to them, and does not list the replacement parts for sale. Shipping and repair costs will likely be more than the unit originally cost.

It was a nice unit while it lasted, and I may be able to resurrect it with a homemade switch (sacrificing variable speed control).

But based on my experience, I would recommend you spend a little more to get one from a reputable tool manufacturer that stands behind its products.

While it's true that there was a recall on the batteries, it looks like the folks that had trouble with the batteries only being good for 10 to 15 holes did the following: "Put the battery in the charger, and let it sit there." What happens is that a green LED comes on and one would think it's charging. That's not the case. One actually has to push a (flat to the surface) button to initiate charging. So you push the button and a RED light comes on and stays on until the battery is charged. At which point the green light comes on indicating a charged battery.

I must admit I didn't read the manual and thus was running the drill 'for two months' without actually charging it. I only thought I was charging it. That's two months of use on just the battery come-back! That was over two years ago and now that I'm actually charging it the drill has more than enough power and longevity to spare.

Really, the only bad thing I have to say about the drill is that the two spring clip retainers for the drill bits wear out after extended use. But I was always weary about keeping bits there anyway, although I did.

The reason I'm looking at this drill on Amazon is that I was thinking about getting another one, because it's just handy to not having to change the bit all the time from a drill bit to a driving bit.

I am, and have been, happy with the drill and it's an excellent value for the p;rice. If you don't need a corded, heavy duty drill then this Kawasaki will do the job for you.

Have used this set in both Monaco & most recently, Ireland, I've awarded it a star for each device the converter actually supported: a basic hair dryer & surprisingly, a clothes steamer. However, forget trying to use it with any kind of powerful flat iron, such as a CHI. I also tried to run a white noise machine off it, for sleeping through my husband's snoring. After a couple hours, it overheated & quit.

If you leave the US only occasionally & don't care about having raccoon eyes & Mrs. Frankenstein's 'do', this set is nifty. However, if you travel frequently, & wish to appear human, we've learned the hard way that you can't do things on the cheap. I suggest investing in 240v appliances, available online, & a set of universal adapters for use in different regions. Trust me, a single trip to the hairdressers for a formal business function in Monaco was just as expensive as buying a decent 240v flat iron I can use over & over!

My efforts to obtain an owner's manual from the manufacturer's web site (prior to my purchase) were fruitless. The owner's manual (that came with the unit) stipulates that the unit is not to be used with two very common electric travel items, namely, hair dryers, manufactured in 1992 or more recently due to their electronic safety circuitry and electronic devices of more than 50 watts such as computers, hair curlers, flat irons (hair straighteners), etc.

What happened to the 2000 watt capacity??

Had I been aware of these limitations, I would not have bought this unit for my particular purpose.

It supposed to work with both low and high watts, it worked fine in low mode. But when I tried it with hair dryer, the red light started to switch between the low and the high mode very fast then it burnt down. By the way the hair dryer was only 700 watts

The charging clip arrived quickly and was packaged well, so I had no problems with the seller. The Garmin charging clip, however, leaves a little to be desired. This is my second one to go with my 405CX the first one broke (plastic near the spring broke at the hinge) just from being packed in my briefcase or luggage repeatedly. This is the type of item you're going to keep with you in a briefcase, backpack, fanny pack, luggage, Camelbak, etc., in order to have it ready whenever you need a charge. I'm going to be starting to do ultras soon, so my clip will go with me in my Camelbak with a portable USB charger. The clip needs to survive all that stuff, and not just for 2 years, which is how long I had the first one. Garmin really needs to beef up the construction if they are going to continue to cater to athletes! I expect items like this to last, but by the time I go through a few of these charging clips, I could have nearly had another 405CX! Seeing as how this item is my only option for charging my watch, if I stay with Garmin products, I'm kind of stuck. But if this clip breaks, I'm seriously going to consider switching to somebody elses GPS watch!

It will charge the 210 (using 2 outer prongs), but it does not have all 4 prongs and won't connect for data transfer. Has all the bells and whistles and easy to hook up but make sure you use 4 gauge cable and a 140-150 AMP Circuit Breaker I found one at a local Custom Car install place in town for $20. You must allow a high amount of power to it but that is true with all Inverters at 1000 Watts. SMARThome (who I got mine from)Is not an authorized reseller and you will NOT be able to get Tech Support from the manufacturer nor do they offer support, unless bought from an Authorized Dealer you get no support. NO USB Hookup like I understood it would have.

Works great with anything up to 1000W. Make sure your voltage source can supply the current needed for it though. Using a standard vehicle Lead Acid battery there was no problems. With smaller batteries I had trouble getting over 200W

The wall charger works well and the retractable, coiling USB cable is very good idea. It feels cheap though, what do you expect for the price?

I purchased the charger and leads that come from it but have not been able to use it as the leads disintigrated the moment they were unpacked and plugged in.. I assume the charger works, but cant try it. It will cost too much to return for lead replacement, and i dont know whom to contact to get another lead replaced.. Quality of lead is terrible.

The only good thing about it is that if it does not work on your iPhone then you don't feel sorry for $3.50 you spent on it. I keep getting this message that the accessory is not supported by the device whenever I want to charge my phone. I have to plug it and unplug it several times until it finally starts to charge. The seller offered to give me an exchange to it but I did not wanted to deal with extra cost of having to ship it back. I have nothing negative to say about the sellers but I think I was one in the thousand who received a defective piece.

Workes great for home and overseas trips. No outlet adapter is needed when in Europe. Just change the prongs, which are provided, depending on what country you're in. Xantrex Freedom Sw2000 12v

If you call customer service at Xantrex be prepared to be put on hold for what seems like forever. I purchased one of these new and it quit after one month. I took it to the authorized representative for Xantrex in Orlando. I was just notified today that Xantrex will not honor the warranty. They claim it was caused by water damage, but this is impossible. Then Xantrex will do anything they can to get out of honoring their warranty. UPDATE: We finally worked out a compromise on repair whereby they will provide the part and I will pay for the installation. This seems like a fair agreement and I credit them with the idea.
