this is an excellent product, i have found myself using my phone and the charge run out and when i use this car charger in no time my phone was fully charged, love it i would recommend it for anyone with a blackberry and uses their phone alot on the road.
I ordered this product becuase it advertises that it works with the Bold 9700, but it does not produce enough charge and the blackberry says it is incompatible!

This charger does not work as promised by seller. I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 and it does not work. BB has a pop-up screen that says this charger is not compatible. AND, the retractable string/ wire does retrac. Horrible. Take if off your website.

I bought two of these and was so excited to try them when I received them. I plugged the first one in and it did not work.... I tried the second and the same thing... NOTHING! I tried both my blackberry and my husbands nokia. NOTHING! Do not buy this product!
