Overall it's a good product, easy to use. You can't actually lay your phone facing up, it has to be on its side I'm not sure why its displayed differently in the picture. Also you have to plug the USB into an outlet to charge the Phone itself... and the charger you plug into the wall only charges the battery
PLUS...QUICK CHARGE!The product is about as straight forward as it gets.
It simple charges well in an upright position, better than a horizontal dock as far as i'm concerned.
The usb port makes it a great car charger and it is much faster than my old dock!
I do not have an extra battery but think i'll pick one up now since there is an available slot in the charger.
Nice they through in the adapter for the house.

Simple, straight forward upright charger that is dependable, charges phone perfectly and quickly. Works great when charging off the AC wall adapter or the USB, no difference, not a big footprint, all around a nice product.The slot to dock is a good fit, snug and deep enough that it won't get tipped off easily. It's not a large unit over all so it travels well and isn't heavy. I think the cord quality is like any other cord in this field.... not too thin and carries plenty of juice. The unit charges quick and it's not a complicated piece of equipment to use.
