If you're not planning on spending thousands of dollars to pimp your ride, and are just looking to spend a little money to spice it up a little bit, these lights are perfect!

The lights are very bright, with several different modes to select from (flashing, racing, steady, etc.)The lights are NOT made for outside the car! They are in plastic tubes, so they will break if subjected to rough use. I put one under the dash on the drivers side, and one on the passenger side. With just those two it really lights up the interior. I also put one in the trunk, which looks really awesome when you turn it on.

Wiring is really not hard if you know what you're doing. If you don't, just look it up online, there are a lot of guides to explain it for you.

i have a set of these in my truck. i have the inside of the glove box plexiglassed with the control pad inside. the wires are a little on the short side, so youll have to add wire on your own to run anything more than 2-3 foot away from your pad. but the lights are really bright and for the price i would suggest these to everybody... i will have pics up reall soon.

First, the kit comes with no instructions whatsoever. Go to click on Tech Support, and find the instructions for your particular kit.

Second, the kit was designed assuming you want to connect to your fuse panel or directly to your car battery. They claim you can use your car cigarette lighter but as far as I can tell this requires a special adapter that isn't provided and is not sold anywhere on Amazon.

I installed these lights in blue inside my 95 Camaro. I installed them myself and they look great. The lights are bright and look fantastic at night. There are plenty of settings to mess around with when your not too busy. In the end I only use the brightest setting or a slow fade. The "music mode" tends to get a little off beat , its OK. But one thing that was important in installing these lights was where to put the wires. I didn't feel like tearing up the whole carpet in the back seats of my car to hide the wires, so I cheated and traced them along the plastic middle console where my shifter and cup holder are. That's the problem! If I wasn't able to disguise the wired so well, the whole thing would have ended up looking cheap and dumb. I was lucky with the amount of shortcuts I was able to achieve in my car, but most car's out there are gonna have to get these lights professionally installed for a look that's "decent." I do recommend these lights but if I were you I would shell out a couple more bucks to get the multicolor ones so you can switch it up once and a while for kicks. Also, make sure you put the light strips far back enough to HIDE the bulbs! If you leave em exposed you'll be making you and your ride look tacky. Have fun!

Nice bright leds. Very easy to install. I have these in my wife's car on music mode along with dash leds. They seem to hit pretty decent with the beat. While there is enough cord to wire the back seats they don't give you much to spare. After hiding all the wires and making sure the wire extends even if the seat is moved all the way back, I didn't have a lot to spare. It worked though. She loves it.
