I am a neat freak, so when I found this retractable charger and knew I wouldn't have to deal with tangled cords, I was very excited. The cord extends out to a perfect length, reaching my phone that I set in my cup holder in the center console, and then easily retracts into the base again. I love it!I used it for the first time today and found that the plug that goes into the cigarette adapter had come loose just enough that it was no longer charging the phone. On the return trip, we made sure it was pushed in more and it seemed ok, but still a little loose. I will keep an eye on the plug to make sure it is always pushed in as much as I can get it, and I hope it'll work out. Otherwise I love this charger!
