I bought this for my sprint hero. Works just as well as chargers costing significantly more. Cord retracts with the touch of a button. Charging speed is adequate and the charger gets a little hot. I usually charge it just enough to make it to the home charger because I don't want to risk overcharging. It does claim to have the chip that prevents overcharging, but I'm not going to risk an expensive phone to test it. Definitely does the job for a little charge on a dead or dying battery.

This is a handy little charger. It stays out of the way, and has a nice thin, flexible cord. We love it compared to the old school style curly cord that flops all over the place and takes up precious space on road trips. The price was the nicest feature! I would buy another in a heartbeat!

I dont recommend this one if it snaps back it will break the unit not made very sturdy. not a good one

I have a generally bad experience with these retractable chargers. They last from a couple of months to a few months and then stop working. That is what happened with this charger too. I never buy them anymore...

This is a great idea for keeping down the cord clutter in the car! Extends and retracts well, though a little bit flimsy its overall construction...I find the need to reinsert the charger into the port at least once or twice a trip during use. The indicator light, of course, informs when contact has failed and charging is not happening. Neat product idea, though. Glad to have it as a back-up charger.
