Have no need to return it, haven't even thought about it, it works as it should, just perfect, nothing against this charger or the price great deal, less than i would have paid locally.
This is nice with the extra battery slot, it's nice to never worry about a completely dead phone. I keep a battery on charge and swap it out if i have to run, and don't have the time to charge my phone fully. I like my phone docks in the cradle in an upright position, it's easier to view and use my phone this way. The charger feels like it is built well, and charges well also, i would purchase the charger again, after my experience with it, I feel it is worth the money and a good product

Been working as advertised for me. I haven't really had a use for the extra battery slot, so don't know if I'll use that feature. USB is convenient. The way it sits upright in the docking station is nice. I bought this cause it didn't cost a lot and I wanted a back up at work, so it's nice to have it on silent but be able to see it at the same time.

I bought 2 of these, one for work and one for home. The battery charger is great but neither unit will charge my HTC phone.
