Coghlan's 8880 Airstop

Coghlan's 8880 AirstopThis item works as advertised! I have a queen size air mattress that had a hole about 1/8" in length. Keep in mind that this product does not come with any patches of any kind and works best on vinyl. Just apply the adhesive glue with the applicator that is attached to the bottle's cap, let it dry for 5 minutes then apply more coats a needed. My air mattress has not leaked since! Very happy with this product!

Airstop works very well on vinyl (pvc) and is only for vinyl per the instructions. I have used it for several years on a inflatable 3 person snow tube with great results. Every time a rock or stick puts a small slit in the tube (under 1 inch) I apply this and the problem is gone. I probably fixed 10-12 holes over several years before running out. Self stick patches rub off when sledding eventually, but Airstop just keeps working. I also easily fixed a leak in a Coleman air mattress with this. Super good product because it is easy to use(just spread it on with the included applicator and let it dry)and it has worked every time for me!

I had a hole the size of a quarter in my $300 aerobed. I thought it was a goner, because everything I tried didn't work.

That was until this product arrived at my door. With a hole as big as mine, I used a patch for support, but this product is what finished it off.

The leak is gone. My mattress is saved...I'm a happy man!!

First off, i rarely leave reviews. With that said, this finally helped me fix my airbed, which was leaking air!

I tried using superglue and tape to fix my pin hole size hole in my mattress, but with no luck.

I tried this product, and within 5 minutes the holes were sealed up! I finally got to sleep on my air mattress and not wake up on the floor in the morning!

5 stars!

This stuff is AMAZING! The kids bounce house split a seam about 1/2". The hole split strait with the seam. It was as smooth as a if a knife had cut it. I cleaned the surface with rubbing alcohol. I then followed the directions of 5min between coats, and did 5 thin coats. I waited 48hrs before allowing the kids to use it. It's like new! This stuff is worth every penny. The split was smack dab in the middle of the doorway too.

No other patch or reinforcement used. I did use a marker to help locate the split. It was difficult to find after the first coat.

Only con was the time it took me to find the product. ROFL
