Amzer Desktop Cradle with Extra Battery Charging Slot for Palm Centro - Black

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this purchase!!! The cradle is apparently not a "plug and play" type of device as it was not recognized by my computer which kept asking me to install drivers (there were none included) as it indicated that it could not identify the new hardware being assigned to the USB port; therefore, I could not get the unit to synch. Also, the unit arrived in a generic looking box, with NO contact information or telephone number to call for technical support. Also, one of the reasons I opted for this unit over the original "Palm" cradle was for the second battery charger option...However, after having a battery in for an entire day, the battery indicator never changed from red to green indicating that the battery had charged!!! Needless to say, I will be sending the unit back, and ordering an orginal Palm unit.

PRODUCT WORKS AS ADVERTIZED. NO REAL PROBLEMS. EXTRA BATTERY IS A VERY NICE FEATURE. DID NOT GET 5 STARS BECAUSE CONNECTOR TO PALM IS DIFFICULT TO MAKE AT TIMES.
