I ordered two of them and they both work fine. My only complaint is they are packaged with the cord partially extended. This puts a kink in the cord which keeps it from retracting fully until it straightens out.
I tried using this to charge my Samsung Galaxy Skyrocket. It charged my phone as long as I wasn't using it. But as soon as I used the Navigation software, my power started draining. The charger wasn't even able to keep the battery charge level.

I bought this for use with my Samsung Galaxy S Captivate phone, although it should work with any phone that charges via micro-usb (most Android phones do).
So far, I'm very pleased with it. The retracting system has not failed once, and is activated by simply pushing a button. As soon as you push it, the cable flies into the charger surprisingly quickly.

I like this product. It arrived without a kink in the wire and has worked good since I have been using it. The only thing I am not excited about is the charger gets very warm when it is in use.
