It worked great for 1 week then it wouldn't allow me to charge my phone anymore, but I could listen to music! Sent it back and they sent me a new one and it did the same thing!!!

I touched the device after a couple hours of use and it was so hot it felt like it almost burned me. Works fine and charges my phone/ipods but it shouldn't get so hot.

Should have read the other reviews before purchasing this. Device stopped working after 1 day, no explanation for it's failure other than poor design. It wasn't damaged or misused in anyway. I do not recommend buying this, there's too many people reporting failures... it has to be a problem in it's design. Processed my return with Amazon, will hopefully get my money back soon.

Worked great on my Nano for approx 5 months, but when I plugged in the iPhone4 it charged for 5 mins and then stopped working. Not sure if it was the phone or the converter. Will try another company.

Worked fine to charge my iphone 4 using the existing cord in my car. UNTIL the phone ran. As I was talking on it I started to smell an electical burning smell. It was this converter. Dont know if its the Iphone 4 or this product, but I suggest steering clear of this if you have an iphone 4.
