I purchased my Veho Pebble Smartstick through groupon and didn't get around to using it for a while. I fully charged which took a 12 hours + . It wouldn't charge my phone or two others that I tried it on. This is what Veho tech support says. Unfortunately, it sounds like your product is faulty. You need to contact the establishment where you purchased the item, they will inform you of your warranty terms and conditions. Groupon guarantee is only 14 days.
