Pros: Fast Shipping, Batteries seem to be quality product. Working well in two 1500 UPS as replacements. Voltage checks were consistent between all eight batteries.Cons: Packing could have been better, corner of one battery arrived dented, but not cracked. Felt comfortable using it so didn't request RMA.
Other thoughts: I would order these again in the future.
