I got one, didn't work. The company was quick to respond, and sent me another. It didn't work either. They asked me to send back both chargers in the envelope they had sent me, and they would refund me. I had foolishly thrown away the original packaging, and sent back the first defective one alone. I haven't heard anything else from them. Customer service was helpful, but the charger was junk.
This product is terrible. It failed shortly after receiving it. I believe it was a Samsung knockoff.

I bought this car charger from Amazon for under $10 including shipping.
I have tested this charger on the U340 (aka the Alltel Snap phone) and verified that it works just fine. It is equipped with an LED indicator that stays lit while the phone is charging and goes out when it's charged. I've had this charger for six months now with no problems. I think this charger is well worth the money.
