I really like this unit as my Hero is an electricity junkie. The ability to keep a battery on stand-by in the charger has been really useful. I had to cover the charging light with some electrical tape as I keep the unit in my bedroom and the light is a little too bright for me.
I am extremely satisfied with the charger and the USB connection. It is a great value and a good find. I would recommend it to anyone that has a HTC Hero.

I did have to cover up both LED lights like other people said (black electrical tape works best)...man they are bright! But overall a good charger. Loved having my phone upright for when I want to use it and its charging...very convenient!!

This charger is so handy for charging my Spring Hero phone. I just pop the phone into the cradle and it is charging, Highly reccomend this.

It charges both the phone and extra battery. Only thing I don't like is the flimsy plastic piece that holds the phone. I use a case on my phone and had to remove it so the phone would fit. i removed the plastic piece and am able to now use this cradle without removing the case. All in all the product a good investment.
